We want you to love your Olive Glow products. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
